The walkthrough is divided into 12 chapters based on the groupings the game has for the Lorestones. Expect 6-8 hours for the completion if you manage it in one playthrough. If you miss a Lorestone and can't backtrack to it, you'll have to play from the very beginning up to that point to get it. Lorestones carry between playthroughs so you'll never need to activate the same one twice, but be aware that there is no chapter select. The last achievement is for collecting all 44 Lorestones along the way. There are 14 achievements, 13 of which can't be missed as you progress through the story. It is highly recommended that you play with surround sound or headphones, as the voices are not only a core part of the experience and narrative, but an important aid in gameplay as well. Along the way, Senua is constantly berated by her doubts and fears, represented by actual voices in her head that you too will hear. So, if you're one of the unlucky few who have encountered one or you are apprehensive of purchasing the game because you've heard of some of these bugs, Ninja Theory are indeed working on a fix. The devs are working on a patch that will most likely contain fixes for these rare bugs. Copy and paste %LOCALAPPDATA%\HellbladeGame\Saved\SaveGames in the text field and press Enter. If you have trouble finding it press Windows + R to open Run.

Just wanted to inform people that user /u/jpx took the time to archive every autosave to produce a compendium of saves for just about every point in the game (works for only the PC version) and /u/seeker7r4c3r created a better formatted version including lorestones.
